WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our domestic or international warehouses. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-5 business days (up to 6 business days during peak periods). Due to the high demand for our products, average delivery times are between 2-3 weeks.
WHY DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different international warehouses based on availability. Additionally, if an item is in high demand or back-ordered, we may ship items separately to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS DELAYED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
All orders include insured shipping and handling. If your order is delayed, stuck in customs, returned, or lost during delivery, we sincerely apologize. While we cannot control the postal service, rest assured that your package is insured. In such cases, we will send you a replacement package with expedited shipping and full tracking, if available.
